What this portal is

The Realize More Coaching Portal is a private workspace for clients of Realize More Coaching & Consulting and their coach. Access is by invitation only.

What we collect

Your name and email address (from an email sign-in link or from Google sign-in, if you choose it), and the information you and your coach add to the portal: session preparation, commitments, goals, intake answers, check-ins, comments, signed agreements and uploaded files.

How we use it

Only to provide your coaching engagement: preparing for and following up on sessions, tracking progress, and keeping your agreement and files in one place. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside your coaching engagement unless you ask us to (for example, a supporter you invite) or the law requires it.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, the portal receives only your name, email address and profile picture. It does not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.

Who can see your information

You and your coach. Private coach notes are visible only to your coach. Supporters see only what you share with them.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our service providers Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (sign-in emails), protected by access rules so each client sees only their own information.

Keeping or deleting your information

We keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable time afterward for continuity. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
